When you submit a consultation request or caregiver application, you may provide contact details, care preferences, employment history, availability, references, and other information that helps us respond to your request.
Secure employment applications
The caregiver application may collect sensitive hiring information such as date of birth, Social Security number, identification details, and supporting documents. These fields are transmitted through the secure application workflow, stored separately from ordinary applicant details, and are not included in standard notification emails. Identification and certification documents are stored in a private access-controlled location for authorized hiring staff.
How we use and retain information
We use submitted information to respond to care requests, review employment interest, communicate with applicants, and meet legitimate business and legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. Records for applicants marked rejected or withdrawn are scheduled for deletion after 12 months. Records for hired employees and active applicants are retained as needed for employment and business purposes.
Confidentiality
Access to applicant information is limited to authorized staff with a business need to review it. No method of transmission or storage is completely risk-free; please contact us if you have concerns about information you submitted.
